Surin Suksuwan


Surin Suksuwan is the Southeast Asia Regional Director for Proforest, a mission-driven organisation providing technical support on sustainability in the agriculture and forestry sectors. Armed with a MSc from the University of Edinburgh, he is an active member of the World Commission on Protected Areas and a Chevening alumnus. WIth more than 18 years of experience in natural resource management and biodiversity conservation, he has a vested interest in protected area planning and management, forest landscape management and plant conservation. He has since been involved in initiatives related to HCV development and palm oil certification.
